Film studio “Eyes & Ears” spent 3 weeks working alongside Anna Rubincam, a contemporary stone carver working in London, as she carved a portrait from start to finish.

You can learn more about the short film, ‘A Continuous Shape’, on Directors Notes, where Jack Webber and Tommaso Di Paola delve into what it was like to film the project and work with Anna.

Friday!
The pole of justice has spoken
I’m in a good place right now
Savage
With great power comes great responsibility
This guy
They always forget about the windows
Okay that’s pretty good NY Post, I’ll give it you this time
Know your limits
Nice to meet you, this way sir
The cruellest dog bowl ever
Hit me hard
You know what, I’ll just take a sip from the water fountain
Oh.
Bae: Come over; Me: I can’t, I’m a duckling; Bae: My parents aren’t home; Me:
Magic fingers
“My kid created what I thought was an angry-rage-boner-poop-fly guy…”
Adults these days
Real talk
Until next week

the most misspelled words in the united states according to google 2 The Most Misspelled Words in the United States According to Google

The research team at Google Trends recently put together this map that shows the most misspelled words in the US by state.

The data is based on the top searched query for “how to spell _________” from January 1st – April 30th, 2017. I love that ‘supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ was the most searched word in two states. Words such as ‘tomorrow’, ‘maintenance’, ‘pneumonia’, ‘beautiful’ and ‘chihuahua’ made multiple appearances while short words like ‘sense’, ‘liar’ and ‘nanny’ may surprise some.

The world’s largest floating solar power plant was recently connected to the local power grid in Huainan, China. The 40-megawatt facility was installed by Sungrow Power Supply on an area that was flooded due to coal mining operations in the region.

According to Digital Trends, ‘these floating apparatuses free up land in more populated areas and also reduce water evaporation’; while the ‘cooler air at the surface also helps to minimize the risk of solar cell performance atrophy, which is often related to long-term exposure to warmer temperatures’. [source]

PV Tech also adds that the floating plant is located on flooded land with the depth of water ranging from 4 to 10 meters and that a 20MW floating system in the same region had been the largest operating since early 2016. [source]
